Terms and Conditions for Bye Bye Debt Blueprint

By purchasing the Bye Bye Debt Blueprint ("digital course"), or accessing the Program Member Site ("Site"), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Understanding the Agreement: Please carefully read this Agreement before accessing any materials provided by Misty Jayne, LLC ("Company"). If you do not understand or accept this agreement, please refrain from accessing any Company materials and contact us immediately at [email protected].

  2. Scope of Services:

    • The Program membership includes lifetime access to materials created by Misty Jayne.
    • Any additional services may require additional fees, to be discussed and agreed upon.

  3. Client Duties:

    • Payment: By joining, you agree to pay the program fee of $47 upfront.
    • Late Payment Fee: A late fee of 10% will be charged if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
    • Payment Security: Company is authorized to charge provided cards for any unpaid charges.
    • Client agrees to provide necessary tools and actively participate in the Program.

  4. Term: The Agreement term covers the lifetime of the digital course.

  5. Communication: All communication will occur via email, with responses within 24-48 hours on business days.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Client may cancel at any time, but remains obligated to pay the full program fee.
    • Abusive behavior may result in termination without refund.
    • Company may terminate the relationship, providing a prorated refund if applicable.

  7. Confidentiality: Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all shared information and refrain from disparaging remarks.

  8. Independent Contractors: Company operates as an independent contractor, responsible for its taxes and benefits.

  9. Ownership of Intellectual Property: Client acknowledges and agrees to Company's sole ownership of program content and restrictions on use and sharing.

  10. Warranties: Both parties warrant their authority to enter into the Agreement and the quality of their respective services.

  11. Limitation of Liability: Company's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client.

  12. Entire Agreement; Modification: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and any modifications must be made in writing.

  13. Neutral Construction: Both parties agree to interpret the Agreement fairly.

  14. Changed Terms: Any amendments to this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  15. Assignment: The Agreement binds both parties and their successors, but Client may not assign rights under the Agreement.

  16. Notices: All notices must be in writing and properly addressed.

  17. Governing Law; Venue; Mediation: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Virginia and resolved through mediation.

  18. Recovery of Litigation Expenses: The prevailing party in any legal action may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

  19. Severability: Each provision of the Agreement shall be valid under applicable law, and any illegal or unenforceable provisions will be reformed.

Both parties understand and agree that digital signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
